Design-related services
and other related digital services.

Details for each project (scope, features, timeline, price) will be shared in writing via email or messaging before work begins.

2. Payments & Billing

Advance Payment

Work begins only after an upfront advance payment agreed with the client.

Full Payment

Full payment is required before final delivery of files and assets.

No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including advance payments, once the project has started.

3. Project Timelines

Project timelines:

May be estimated
Or fixed within 10 days, depending on the scope

Delays may occur due to:

Client response delays
Scope changes
Technical issues
BranForge Studio is not liable for delays caused by situations beyond its control.

4. Revisions

Revisions are provided according to the selected plan.
Any additional revisions beyond plan limits may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

Required information
Content & assets
Timely feedback

Delays in providing input may extend project timelines.

6. Ownership & Rights

Final project files belong to the client only after full payment is received.

BranForge Studio retains rights to:

All drafts
Working files
Project-related source files unless otherwise agreed

7. Portfolio Use

BranForge Studio may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing only with the client’s permission.

8. Communication

All communication methods are allowed, including:

Email
Phone
Messaging apps
Online meetings

Important decisions must be confirmed via written message/email.

9. Third-Party Services

If the project includes third-party tools, hosting, or platforms, the client is responsible for:

Payment
Renewal
Usage
The agency is not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party providers.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business, data, and project details confidential unless legally required.

11. Limitation of Liability

BranForge Studio is not responsible for:

Business losses
Downtime
Data loss
Security breaches
arising from use of the website or services.

12. Termination

Either party may end a project with written notice.
Payments already made are non-refundable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes will be handled under applicable Indian jurisdiction.

14. Updates

We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Revised Terms will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
